| Moving To move an object, click on the object you need to move, select the grip you would like to use as a base point, drag the object to the desired point and click. If you need to place an object on the end point of another object, click on both of the involved objects to invoke their grips. Select the object that you want to move by clicking on the grip at the mid point or center. Now right click and at the flyout, select the base point option and select a base point. Since the grips are invoked on the two involved entities, the grips will act as onsnap overrides. Notice the fact that the step of clicking on the move option in the flyout is missing. Using this option will cause all selected objects to move which may or may not be your goal. It may be easier to copy the object you want moved and then delete the original object when you are finished, which is what our example is doing.
